Due to differences in sale effective date and time across Canada, items may be available online at the sale price before they are available in store. Industry conditions and market competitive pressures may cause prices and availability to change without further notice. Investments Hardware Limited reserves the right not to price match between online and in-store since both prices are not in competition with each other at any time.

All prices quoted are payable in Canadian Dollars and, unless otherwise stated, do not include GST, PST, QST or HST.

Payment Methods

Investments Hardware Limited accepts payment with all major credit cards through PayPal. You can pay quickly and conveniently through PayPal with Credit Card or Visa Debit. There is no surcharge for using your credit card or PayPal to make online purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when you place an order online. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Investments Hardware Limited does not accept money orders, cashier’s cheques, personal cheques, or company cheques.

Purchase Orders

Investments Hardware Limited will make every attempt to ship all items contained in the purchase order at the same time. Items that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for items contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt unless otherwise stated.

Investments Hardware Limited will ship your item as it becomes available. Usually, your order will be processed the same day if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST), or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the item you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. Investments Hardware Limited will keep you informed of any items that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not mean that Investment Hardware Limited or ihlcanada.com has accepted your order, nor does it signify confirmation of our offer to sell the item(s). Your order shall be deemed to be accepted only at the point when Investments Hardware Limited sends a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided.

Investments Hardware Limited reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to limit quantities; reject, correct, cancel or refuse orders, and to terminate accounts, in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Investments Hardware Limited believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to Investments Hardware Limited or any Third Parties.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email your requests to Customer Care Centre at inquiries@ihlcanada.com; however, emails may not be processed in sufficient time to effect a change to an order during high volume periods.

Item Warranty

All items sold by Investments Hardware Limited are fully covered by the manufacturer's original warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

Return Policy

Investments Hardware Limited will gladly accept the return of items that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items resulting in the shipment will also be accepted for return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Special-Order items and Clearance items are FINAL SALES. No RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES are accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be applied if you wish to return a non-defective item.

Investments Hardware Limited reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return, limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

Shipping Policy

Generally, Investments Hardware Limited requires 2-3 business days to process your order (not including shipping time). Once the order leaves our warehouse, shipment times may vary based on shipping address and other factors that may not be under our control.

Investments Hardware Limited cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. Investments Hardware Limited encourages you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or item availability.

Typographical Errors

Investments Hardware Limited cannot guarantee that any content on ihlcanada.com website is 100% accurate or complete, including price information, item images, descriptions and specifications. All sizes quoted are approximate. Some items shown may require assembly.

In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from suppliers, Investments Hardware Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item listed at the incorrect price. Investments Hardware Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Investments Hardware Limited shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
