IHL In-Store Pickup FAQs
How soon will my order be available for pickup after I've placed my order online?
Most in-stock items will be available for pickup within 24 hours after your order has been placed. However, back-order items may take longer due to inventory and/or availability. Please be sure to wait for your pickup notification email before visiting the store for pickup.
Where should I go to pick up my order once I arrive at the store?
Your order will be available for pickup at IHL store located at 250 Rowntree Dairy Road Woodbridge, ON L4L 9J7. You can pick up your order at the shipping office.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order(s)?
For your convenience, please bring the following with you to the store:
- A piece of government-issued photo ID
- The order number (e.g. IHL-11750)
The in-store pick-up notification email
Can I ask someone to pick up my order if I’m not available?
For your protection, you are the only person eligible to pick up your order. At this time, we are unable to release your order to anyone else or any courier services. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be held for pick-up?
Your order will be available for in-store pick-up for fifteen (15) days from the date the order is ready. For your protection, if your complete order is not picked up within this timeframe, we will cancel the order and issue a refund based on the original form of payment.
What if I need to change or cancel my order before visiting the store for pickup?
For your convenience, you can change or cancel your order by calling us at 416.748.0204 ext. 208 or emailing us at email@example.com. Our online sales associate will be happy to help you.
