What are your shipping fees?
Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery address and type of products ordered. Delivery requirements may vary (example: larger sized items will require a larger vehicle for delivery). All eligible delivery options, along with corresponding fees, will appear at checkout.
During checkout, I am only given an option to Pick-Up my order. Why can't my order be delivered?
- An item in your shopping cart is not eligible for delivery (example: hazardous materials, product specifications, etc).
- The delivery address is not in a qualifying location where a courier is able to deliver the order.
When will my Pick-Up order be ready?
Our team is working as quickly as possible to process all online orders. Before arriving at the store, please wait for a confirmation email from our Warehouse Team stating your order is ready for pick-up.
Does IHL price match?
IHL does not offer price matching. IHL continuously aims to provide extremely competitive pricing to achieve optimal customer experience and satisfaction.
What if I need to change or cancel my order before visiting the store for pickup?
