Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery address and type of products ordered. Delivery requirements may vary (example: larger sized items will require a larger vehicle for delivery). All eligible delivery options, along with corresponding fees, will appear at checkout.

You will be required to pay a shipping fee on the items that do not qualify for Free Shipping. Only the item that is eligible for Free Shipping will be excluded from a shipping charge.


  • An item in your shopping cart is not eligible for delivery (example: hazardous materials, product specifications, etc).
  • The delivery address is not in a qualifying location where a courier is able to deliver the order.


Our team is working as quickly as possible to process all online orders. Before arriving at the store, please wait for a confirmation email from our Warehouse Team stating your order is ready for pick-up.

IHL does not offer price matching. IHL continuously aims to provide extremely competitive pricing to achieve optimal customer experience and satisfaction.
